Eligibility for Returns
Because our products are consumable, we can only accept returns under the following circumstances:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The product was delivered in compromised or unsafe condition
To qualify for a return, items must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging unless the issue relates to damage or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
• Any opened products
• Consumables that have been unsealed
• Supplements or food products after use
• Items without original packaging
This policy ensures all customers receive safe and uncontaminated products.
Reporting a Problem
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact our support team within the designated time frame. Providing photos of the product and packaging will help speed up the process.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following solutions depending on the case:

• Store credit
• A full or partial refund
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds are processed through the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order.
Exchanges
We can offer exchanges only for products that arrive damaged or incorrect. Exchanges are not available for opened or used items.
